I do have mixed feelings about this. I, for one, really do not like the clothing. I want to see who's walking amongst me; I believe like a lot of people that it is a sign of debasement of women, that it signifies women as being inferior to men.
However, the question is what if there are women who would rather wear the Burqas to traditional clothing? Will they have no right to wear what they want?
I am sure the French will think this through carefully before they legalize any such ban on the Burqas.
