I have always shy away from jumping to accusing anyone of being racists, however, I believe the republicans are against young boys and girls, who are not whites, having safe schools and the necessary tools for a good education.
Had the Pres. singled out any other school in a community with a population majority white, and the child who wrote the letter was white, then this article would have never been written.
